Chapter 11: RIVALRY?


"WHAT?"
"Thank goodness!"
"You should've told us earlier Roe!"
"WEW!!!"
The different reactions of the siblings when their mother told them about the time differences between the two worlds.

"SORRY! I FORGOT ABOUT IT!!!" Roe apologized.
They stayed in Elementalia for less than two weeks but their mother told them that they are only gone for less than two days.
"YOU LITTLE INSECT! COME HERE AND I WILL CRUSH YOU!!!" Ian tried to catch Roe but she flew up the stairs then Ian followed her.
"IAN NO RUNNING ON THE STAIRS!" Joy shouted.
"Wow! The place is so lively when you are all here!" Kira suddenly appeared.
"K - K - Kira!?" Sarah hides at the back of Peach.
"Hi, Kira! Long time no see!" Peach greeted Kira.
"Hi, Bhezt! Glad that you're here!" Joy said.
"Kira helped me in preparing for the reopening of the eatery." Mina explained.
"Joy told me that you need a helper here so I applied and your mother hired me without hesitation." Kira said to them but looking only to Joy.
"That's great! Someone will be so glad to have you here!" Peach said to Kira.
"Who?" Kira asked. Sarah pinches the back of Peach to tell her not to say anything.
"Ahaha! Secret!" Peach replied.
"We - we will also help in the eatery. Right Peach?!" Sarah finally talked to Kira.
"Me? But I'm busy with my..." Peach didn't finish her sentence cause Sarah pinches her again.
"AW! Ye - yes! Ate Sarah and I will help." Peach added
"How about you Bhezt?" Kira asked Joy.
"I - I can't. I already have a part-time job." Joy replied.
"Part-time job? Where?" Kira asked again. Before Joy answers Kira's question, they heard someone is knocking at the door. Kira opened it and its Cedric.,
"Sorry, Sir. The opening is tomorrow, not today." Kira said.
"I'm here to get Joy." Cedric replied.
"Cedric!?... I mean Sir Cedric. Why are you here?" Joy asked Cedric.
"Your job starts early in the morning, so it will be more practical if you will bring your things at my house tonight." Cedric explained.
"Why should my best friend stay at your house?" Kira asked Cedric.
"Be - because he is my new boss... And I'm his stay in personal assistant. I'll explain it to you some other time." Joy said to Kira then she talked to Cedric.
"I'll just get my things upstairs... Sir." She said. Then Joy left the two alone.
"If something bad happens to Joy, I will bring her back here!" Kira warned Cedric, but Cedric just smiled.
"Joy signed a contract with me, but if you don't want her to work then pay me back." Cedric replied. Kira is getting mad but he doesn't really know why.
"Kira, who is he?" Asked Mina when she noticed the two boys at the door.
"Joy said he is her new boss." Kira answered.
"Good evening Madam. My name is Cedric Martinez and I will be Joy's new boss and also her classmate." Cedric introduced himself then he kissed Mina's hand like a gentleman.
Suddenly Mina remembers Charles through Cedric. "Charles?" Mina said.
"Do - do you know my father?" Cedric asked Mina.
"N - No, I mean you look like P - Prince Charles!" Mina alibied.
"That's flattering Madam! But I don't look like him." Cedric said then say thanks to Mina.
Meanwhile, Joy comes down the stairs with her sisters while carrying her bags.
"Sarah and Peach, help Mama in the eatery OK. Call me if something happens!" Joy reminded them.
"Yes, Ate Joy!" They both replied.
"By the way, Sir Cedric Martinez meet my sisters Sarah and Peach. We are triplets and we also have our only youngest brother Ian, but he is a bit shy to other people." Joy introduced her sisters to Cedric.
"Hi Sir Cedric! Please take care of Ate Joy!" Peach said to Cedric while shaking his hand. Sarah is just thinking while whispering Cedric's name while Joy is saying goodbye to her mother.
"It's getting late, I think we should go now." Cedric said to Joy before they left.
At the school.....
"Ate Sarah you look blooming today! Is it because of Kira??" Peach said with a playful smile.
"Stop that Peach! That's not true!!" Sarah said while blushing.
They are now going to their classrooms.
"I'm just kidding... By the way, what did you asked Ate Joy last night when you called her?" Asked Peach.
"I asked the full name of Cedric. Its been bothering me from the first time I heard it." Sarah stopped walking.

"What if Liel and Cedric are the same person?" Sarah added.
"You mean Liel the son of Sir Charles??" Peach was a bit shocked and she realized that Sarah might be right.
"But why doesn't he remember us, especially Ate Joy!?" Peach.
"That is what I'm also thinking..." Sarah. Their conversation was cut when a guy with blond hair suddenly appeared.
"Hi Beyb! Did you miss me?" Said the guy.

"Beyb who? Our call sign is HON!!!" Peach said. The guy is Peach's boyfriend named Vince a varsity captain of their school.
"Oh yeah!? Sorry, Hon!... Why you didn't text or call me the whole weekend? Are you mad at me??" He said with pouty lips.
"You are asking why?... I texted you that we will be going to our grandmother's house in the province and you are the one who didn't reply!" Peach said.
Going to their grandmother is their alibi for being gone every weekends. "OK OK! Let's just have a date tomorrow as my apology to you!" Vince suggested then he put his arms around Peach's waist when he saw Khay is coming.

"Fine!... Dare to ditch me again and I'll KILL YOU!" Peach said with a fake angry face.
"Kill me with your body? Haha! Joke!... Miss you! See you later!" Vince kissed Peach's cheeks again before he went on his room.
When Peach turn around she saw Khay but he looks mad and he just walked away when Sarah tried to call him.
"What happened to Khay!?... Anyways I need to go to my room too. Bye Peach!" Sarah said.
"OK Ate Sarah! See yah!" Peach replied
