The taskfore and knights are still fighting. The vice commander has a rapier for a weapon, good for precision and fast attacks. She can pinpoint the monster weaknesses and efficiently striking them. Having many enemies going at once is a disadvamtage to many adventurer.

The chimeras approached the vice commander and the captain intercepts the enemies by shield and sword. The fight continued deep down and starting at the surface above.

(At the surface)

Everyone!, the citizen shouted at the adventurer hall. Enemy attack near the eterritory. Help Ryu pls. The kid said as Selia and other adventurers noticed and an explosion came falling down.

As the adventurers came, Selia saw Ryu fighting. She healed Ryu as he fall back. Adventurers attacked the intruders. Ryu cannot use his tentacle blades having to reveal the rare monster of the town.

Giant moles came out and joined the fight. One adventurer note that the moles can be the once who made hole. Based on the description, they don't really attack humans and monster. They eats and some crope. They dug at an inclined way that even humans can travel into.

They fought for hours with more forces coming out from the hole.

Swordsmen and mages are fighting side-by-side. Some can materialize the elements to be thrown to the enemies. It usually dispells the moment of impact really the damages. One caster thrown a boulder that rolled into the hole that disrupted the coming of the enemies for a short time.

(At the castle)

The taskforce are getting exhausted. The taskforce healers are aiding the fighters and the injured. Tanks guarding the sides. The knights and vc are going on the front. For some time, they planned an attack for the knights to reach the chamber of the king. They are letting the adventurers to handle the ones at the hall while the knights go to its source. Agreeing, the forces are divided from the knights going against the priest and the adventurers keeping the soldier knights and chimera at the hall.

(at the surface)

Are there any earth mages here!. He asked fellow adventurers. Ryu and Selia helped with the calling. Some adventurers came forth. 

Seeing the moment, an adventurer shouted for mages specialize by earth. They planned to roll and maintain it for as lomg as possible. With combined mages, they can make and keep for a moment before crumbling.

They gave it out a shot. The adventurers are attacking the monsters spreading out. Mages keeping the range attacks. Healers heal small wounds.

As they made a huge boulder, they can hold for a limited time. The obstacle is having the clear path since they force the boulder to stop

"Keep the pace to the hole, I will clear the path. Ryu told the mages and ran to the front facing the enemies. He shouted for the fightere to back off as his kerchief started to form like tentacles. Ryu focused for a moment and launched his tentacles at front. At launch, tentacles grew branches exponentially. With sharp serpent pierce at each end. The tentacles spread like branches of a tree piercing the soldier knights and chimeras with multiple holes. The adventurers saw and realized that the tentacle monster... that brought fear at night...scared the fighters of the last cave exploration... was the kerchief guy.

Ryu redraw his tentacles back exhausted. Focusing multiple tentacles is hard for the first real trial. The attack killed mostly of the monster at the front.

They used his chance to roll to the hole.

They reached the hole and rolled the boulder down. Enemies are crushed by the roll. The mages are keeping their spells together. The stone collapsed at the bottom. The rolling was heard at the castle.

Ryu, still on his feet, goes in. Most adventurers followed inside. While the rest clean up the rest of the monsters at the surface. Ryu planned flap upward and climbed the walls to the dragon once again.

(at the castle)

The knights reached the kings room where the priest congratulates them for their effort.

Araise my protectors, the priest said using the blood.

A brief shaking as armours and black stuff merged from the ground and turned into two giant colossals.

The captain charges in calling it a bluff. To his suprise the metal giant moved and punched the captain to the wall breaking his shield. The vice commander commanded all the knights to stay focus at the front. The knights are about to face the moving giant armor and magic.

Ryu got down of the hole after seeing the smashed enemies and finishing the moving ones. Ryu slide down with his kerchief like a sled at a hill.
