"Human..., calling from Ryu's mind

Ryu looked around to see where the voice is coming from. He asked Selia if she hears a voice. To hie suprise, she is not hearing any voices.

"I can only speak to you for a short time. I have a lived for so long protecting my eggs. One egg remained but myself can't. Not being able to anything, yet still carry on." Voice that clearly is the dragon

"Yah I have the same feelings before, Ryu replied with his thoughts following a sigh.

"Ah you have also a family human?", the dragon asked.

"Nah, when it was time to chose my weapon, i thought of a kerchief, I got it as a  weapon, a kerchief." Ryu sarcastically replied.

The dragon shouted inside Ryu's mind. It told Ryu that the egg will be left alone.

With her blood, the priest from the old times survived using the art of the death to summon many soldiers and their latest experiment, the chimera. It is asking for Ryu for take care of her child. The dragon told him that he can absorbed its skin after it die.

Ryu was shocked that the dragon knew how the kerchief strangely works. The dragon knew this by going into his mind, seeing his story...tragedy...and pain. Ryu agree. And the voice shared her final thanks.

"Hello?, Selia asking Ryu, you look like a fish. Did something happened?", Selia angrily asking.

"Nothing really, just a sad silence." Ryu said wondering why the dragon said "latest"

Ryu then used absorption by getting several scales of the dragon. The dragon vanished into essence moving into the egg.

"Selia, can you take care of the egg for me?" Ryu asking Selia as he switches the serpents scale that he barely survived from tragedy into something from hope to protect.

"Where are you going?", Selia asked while carrying the egg.

"To carry out the wish of a mother, I will be back to get that egg soon", Ryu said using his new kerchief set.

(At the throne room)

"Hahaha its useless, you can't defeat my giants. You all are gonna die!", the priest.

As the giants are moving to crush the adventurers, the black stuff vanished and the metal scrap fall down to the ground. 

The priest panicked. He thought that the dragon had died out at the worst time.

A blast was brought at the back covering the throne. As the priest tried to escape. Tentacle blade gone flying and stabbed the priest's arms and legs at the throne. As the dust diminishes, Ryu is infront of the trapped priest.

"Hey hey. Easy now, the priest trying to be friendly. Im just an old man trying to surviving...", the priest nervously

Ryu eyes not moving an expression.

"With the dragon being dead, my creations are gone and you can arrest me right. Thats the procedure?", the priest negotiates his term.

"Arent you getting tired at talking", Ryu said as two of his tentacles forced a head of a dragon.

"You?!, they wont be happy about this. They may  have another one, but losing one is-", the priest shouted when fire was released at the tentacles. Having with such fury and intensity. Even the art of the death user can withstand the avenging fire.

Ryu was speechless and brought to tears like a century old burden was lifted. The knights and adventurers were also speechless about the power of the kerchief guy.

The vice commander stepped in that the priest should be taken arrest and brought proper sentence. To which Ryu replied "thats no human, adventurers are dutied to bring down the monsters that bring harm to humans." Ryu walked out.

The monsters dropped and the moles retreated to the soil. The adventurers from the surface showed a new way to the surface.

All of them got back to surface. The town rejoice as the adventurers and the knights ,expect for the captain, came out alive.

Knights waited for an opportunity to talk to Ryu seeing the egg.

"Thats a property of the kingdom,"  one knight claims to the egg reaching Selia arms.

 Ryu came in with a murderous intent holding the knights hand away.

"Are you one with priest?", Ryu said.

The knight stepped back and stepped out to the crowd.

The damages to the surface are minimal to some near houses at the plain. With one casualty and fatigue, it all came down by a feast for the adventurers and the kingdom.

With the egg in Ryu hands, new dangers are emerging from the land.

(At the throne room)

A magical portal came out...

So the old priest died... tsk... losing the dragon is worth than a thousand deaths of that old fart... the mysterious man said. He chant some spell with a vial of blood.

A dark light emerge and the ashes solidify and a disfigured priest was brought forward.

Is this the afterlife, the priest said. He shook his eyes seeing the person infront of him

"You failed old fart and lost one of my brothers asset. And btw this is hell. A thousand deaths I say." The figure burst the priest to parts and used the vial to revive him

"Stop it pl-", priest begging as he continued to die and revived to die again. The person continued torture the priest until he got bored and asked for the one who did it...

Kingdom of the east and... a boy with a kerchief..., the priest final words as he was left disfigured to die a slow painful death for the lack of parts.
