The other passage have indeed more monsters and pitfalls any human can take. One has poisonous plants, wolves, war snakes, and even a minotaur.

There are huge gap holes at most of the passage they have no choice but to go back and try different routes. Until they reached the intersection of the boss chimera an hour later as Ryu climbed the walls above.

I took a lot more energy than walking, said by an adventurer catching his breath, I wish i had known the paths before even going this way.

A lot more parties came to rest as a few are preparing for the boss.

After searching inside, they confirmed that no boss in sight and the way is straight ahead.

After all that talk and motivation... there is no monster. Is the map not updated. a boss should be here. on the plus side, there are free resources we can have.

The resources inside the boss chamber are good for improving equipment to be brought to a weapons expert and blacksmith above. Even miners dare to go down here as a quest with fellow adventurers.

Since there is no boss, maybe go straight ahead... Rhan thought. He convinced some to stay and pick the resources to the surface. Rhan group and other parties marched in to the way which seem steep.

At the summit.

Ryu reached a cliffside with his kerchief tentacles.

Phew, climbing this high. there seems to be a way over the other side, he noted.

He looked to his side and remembering that thid was a great serpent. And yet, there is an old castle top.

Ehhh a castl, what. You mean this snake ate a castle whole. Well there is a tale about it taught when we are kids:

There was a prideful king who challenge the once alive world serpent that it cant seize his castle. He built his castle with the funds of the people and laughed about his colossal enemy. Then the world serpent reach down the ground and swallowed the castle with its followers down. The lesson here is... dont be greedy and challenge a world serpent.

Infront was a nest like structure covered by the old flag post beside it was a dragon. A huge dragon saw Ryu and breathes fire towards him.

Expanding the his kerchief to his size and hide himself. But it is hot. Ryu got burned on the sides and retreated as the attack is gone.

I thought my kerchief is fire resistant enough. It hold the chimera's lion breath. It would seemed that a dragon's is at another level. I have to get some scale somehow.

And as he planned to charge. The dragon with his wings flapped creating forceful wind. Ryu change his kerchief into dual kerchief blade and ground himself to the ground. As the wind filled the place, a castle block suddenly fall near the nest revealing 3 heads of an egg.

The dragon stopped its wind seeing the collateral and roared for its nest like it was struggling. Then it looked into Ryu and another fire breath came to. Ryu quickly ran while covering himself.

I can't fight it unprepared for now. it is too hot and my kerchief might burn if these goes on, Ryu concluded as he looked into the dragon and jumped into the fall.
