Arriving at the mansion, the maids greeted us.

Entering the lobby, I approached Jitreim. Still in his magical girl outfit, I confronted him.

“Jitreim, can I borrow an outfit similar to that of the one you’re wearing?”

“Eh?” He gave me a dumbfounded look.

“Like I sa—”

“Wait, WAIT! You? Borrowing a magical girl outfit!?”

He suddenly yelled loudly. Ah, it’s pretty irritating to hear such a high-pitch voice. Not that I can point it out to him since I’m basically asking for a favor.

“Yeah, what’s wrong with that?”

"Pervert."

So I'm a pervert now?

Apparently the others have gone their own ways, leaving only me and Jitreim here.

“No good?” I asked staring straight to his eyes. He quivered and raised both his hands up like someone going on defense, or have given up.

“I understand, I understand… but, why are you borrowing something so feminine from me?” He asked.

Hmm… what was it again? Oh, right!

“For Jaune to wear.” I answered him. His jaw drop open.

It surprised him? Isn’t that outfit, something that is normally worn by spirits and some witches? It is also worn by humans now, so it’s probably not a big deal.

I glanced at Jitreim with anticipation, hoping that he understood my intentions.

“Listen here, Azrael… if you just want to do some naughty things with Jaune, then I’ll lend it to you. In exchange,…”

A smile befitting of a demon appeared on Jitreim’s face.

I see..

I activated Thought Communication and placed multiple anti-magic barrier on Jitreim’s side.

What’s the price?

You will teach me Origin Magic.

His demand is quite high.

What kind of Origin Magic?

The one you used earlier, Core Creation.

Oh that… sure, I’ll write down the magic later… lend me some of those, in Jaune’s size.

Now it’s become a bargain, so I immediately accepted it.

You’ve got yourself a deal, I’ll prepare the clothes.

I’ll teleport to your room later, then—

I cut off the thought communication and blue particles of light enveloped me, teleporting me to my room.

Using a brush pen and ink infused with my magic, I drew the magic circle on a piece of paper. After completing it, I immediately teleported in front of his room.

I knocked 7 times in a melodic matter. This was the signal we came up with, 5 years ago.

“Ja—”

“—Bol.”

That was also our password that he came up with. I don’t where he got it, but it doesn’t concern me at the very least. The door opened revealing my brother, Jitreim. He’s now wearing a lab coat, and under that were his usual clothes.

I hurriedly went inside and the door behind me immediately closed with a loud slam.

When I turned around, his eyes met mine. We faced each other with serious expressions. I used my demon eyes to scan the place if there’s anyone listening or watching us.

Looks like no one’s watching.

Origin Magic Core Creation, Kern Estrellen is one of the most dangerous spells made. If not handled correctly, it can destroy one’s core making them die and unable to reincarnate. I’ve wrote all the necessary precautions on the piece of paper I’m holding behind my back now.

Jitreim also seems to have his behind his back, making this a straight trade.

“We should make a contract about this spell I’m about to hand over, since it’s quite dangerous.” I proposed.

I don’t want to be responsible for the consequences if he used it recklessly. At the very least, I don’t want to get involved in some large scale trouble.

“Sure. Let’s seal it with a Cadra, shall we?”

A magic circle formed in front of us emitting a faint green glow. He wrote the condition: If misused, Azrael Karnstein will not be held responsible.

I glanced at Jitreim before signing it with my magic.

“Is that good enough?”

“Yeah, Cadra.”

Cadra.”

The magic circle gave off a dazzling green light before it became red and disappears from sight.

Contract, Cadra. As the name states, it’s a magic used for agreements or contracts. Before getting signed, the conditions must be written first. Pouring magic into it will result in to signing it. If any of the party broke any of the conditions written, they will face the consequences of the magic. It can never be voided. I can void any contracts just by overflowing it with mana, but no one can destroy a Cadra.

With the Contract signed up, I revealed what I was holding behind my back. Jitreim’s eyes sparkled at the sight of the roll of paper. Following my lead, he also revealed a box.

In his suspicious tone, Jitreim spoke.

“Shall we?”

Responding with my serious tone.

“Aah.”

I gave him the roll of paper and at the same time, he gave me the box. I lightly shook it, judging by the sound emitted, it’s the real deal. An evil grin appeared on our faces.

He held out his right hand for a handshake, which I gladly accepted. So, this was the result of my time murdering gods, it’s honestly worth it.

After the trade, I teleported to my room via Giram. Blue light particles enveloped my body and teleported me back to my room.

Night time—the darkness of the surroundings was lit up by the two moons. The stars shone like glitters glued on the night sky. The loud silence of the surroundings calms the mind.

Admiring the scene from the windows of my room, a knock came from the door.

“Come in.”

The door opened silently, a maid with orange hair appeared.

“Young Master, dinner is ready.”

Mari said, both her hands behind her. Fufu. My time has come. I stand up and made my way to Mari. She gave me a puzzled look when I let out my hand. She gently brought her right hand and upon touching mine, she lightly giggled.

I don’t know what she’s thinking, but I decided not to care and activated Giram.

What greeted us after the blue light particles cleared up, was the dining room. My family and the others are looking at me and Mari with a surprised look. Jitreim giving a sly smile, Sona doing a face palm, and Jaune releasing some of her aura.

“Young Master Azrael.”

It was just a simple call, but it gave me the shivers not even the gods I destroyed could produce. I turned to look at Jaune, she has a dangerous look on her face.

Using my demon eye, I neutralized the aura she’s letting out and eventually calmed her down using my sacred eye. I made eye contact with her and said,

“Its fine, Jaune. Without Mari, I wouldn’t be here to eat the food you prepared.”

Her face flushed red, and she avoided eye contact. I chuckled and sat on one of the empty chair.

“So, when are you going to leave for Earth?” Dad asked.

While the maids are preparing the food, I said.

“Probably tomorrow, I’ve already gave Jaune some mana to at least perform some decent magic… what do you think Jaune?”

“Hmm? Oh, yeah… umm.. “

“What’s the matter?” I gave her a questioning look.

“Umm… about what young master said earlier… umm.. “

So it was because of that. I gave her a smile and said.

“There’s something I want to give you. And you’ll also be receiving your punishment. Don’t worry about it. “

“No,no, that’s something I have to worry about! Wh-what if yo-you d-do s-s-s-someth….—”

She stutters then stopped talking.

I know where she’s coming from, but that is my real intention.

Isn’t it pretty natural for demons? There’s even the Demon King who governs lust!

I glanced at her while summoning the box Jitreim gave me from my magic space storage. She wears a puzzled look. The other have started eating, not minding each others business. The food is already prepared in front of me, so I made it quick.

“Jaune, here… this is for you. Come to my room wearing that.” I said with a straight face while giving the box to her.

“Wha…”

Jitreim who noticed what I was doing, gave a surprised look, but I ignored him.

“Open it in your room, I don’t want anyone seeing that.”

“Th-Thank you…. Young master..”

Jaune who is still in a daze thanked me, her face flushed red. I waved her off and started eating the food.

On the table were Grilled Salamander, Venus Flytrap Salad with Mayonnaise, Fried Griffin, Beef Steak, and a very rare seafood that is only found on Vantra, Ice Shark Fillet.

I ate without minding anyone, just focusing on the food. Of course, I appreciated the taste and enjoyed it. This type of eating was famous on Earth, particularly Japan, where most of the samurais eat like it’s their last meal. Just appreciating the food in front of them.

“So, How did the battle between Azrael and Jaune go?”

Dad asked after eating his fill. I glanced at his direction.

“You know dear, Azrael over there needs more seals… it was more of a one-sided beating than a battle.”

Mistress said with a slightly annoyed voice.

“I had a hard time too… Jaune’s fighting style is pretty hardcore.”

I retorted. Jaune’s fighting style is just her unleashing powerful spells. Even if it’s just that, brute force is something to be reckoned with. Even if the enemy is just launching spells nonchalantly, the damage you’ll take and the mana and energy you use to keep up your barrier will eventually tire you out.

Her fighting style is somewhat similar to the Red Tyrant.

“Oh? Then how would you explain that core explosion?”

“Well….”

“WHAT!!??” Dad suddenly shouted.

“Whoa, calm down Dad. That was just a core explosion, it’s no big deal.”

“No, no, NO! A core explosion!? Are you even sane?”

“2000 years ago that was the norm. Origin Magic is everyone’s power. Even Duke Gremory unleashed one that is seriously far superior to what I just used today.”

“You overdid it!”

Sona yelled at me.

“Don’t compare different eras!”

Mistress yelled in a stern voice.

“War is war. Compared to the demons and humans before, the beings in this era are nothing. It even risks their lives if they use Origin Magic constantly.”

“What did you say?”

Mistress said, her eyebrows twitching.

I just happen to say the truth. Even if all of them teams up and challenged me, they’ll still lose. Though Origin Magic does exhaust you out, one can easily control the constant energy drain and with that, instead of using life force, it will just use a large amount of mana.

“That all of the beings in this era are weak? That’s the truth. “

“Underground arena, 9:00 p.m.”

Mistress said. A challenge, huh? Doesn’t sound that bad. I have to let off some of my mana. I’m also misunderstood.

“Even if all of you team up, you have no hope of winning against me. “ I said then continued. “I’ll take all of you on. Just make sure to equip some weapons.”

I stood up and walked towards the passage that leads to the lobby. But before reaching it, I said.

“I’ll let you experience death, once? No, twice.”

I glanced at them before leaving, their faces full of terror. Challenging me is quite commendable for them.

“I’m half joking, I’ll consider if I should kill you twice.”

I said and teleported to my room.

Good grief, looks like I won’t be seeing Jaune in that magical girl outfit tonight.
