I used to describe the misery
but it only adds up to the problem
especially
if I don't end it well.
Ends matter for OCDs
and for those dealing with tens
of thousands
of unfiltered thoughts:
It doesn't matter -
It will not bode well -
But ignoring the misery
to skip into the ending
might have just spared me
from all these -
unnecessary thinking.
It did help though
For a while they were all
now gone.
We all have these unwanted thoughts brought about by our own compulsiveness. But we can end it well. Know that you can.
