I wrote this poem out of inspiration from a tragic photo I saw in my Facebook newsfeed on a Valentine's Day some years ago. I knew by then I got to write a twisty story about it as exhibited in this narrative poetry that I just created - The Trash Can. Hope you enjoy this masterpiece of mine. Thanks for reading!
