Two weeks past and seemingly everything is normal. I really having weird feelings about Remmington, not just the way he is so charming, handsome, and damn rich!   But over there on the left side. Its your boring ass Shishime Juryo, i mean she is damn smart like Harvclot but.   Is it because i already saw Shishime face every school year since four years ago. Well don't ask me how we get into the same highschool. Even though the two of us are "friends" i really don't know much about Shishime background or "true" attitude 'even i don't know if she is faking it or not.'   Yeah seems weird for a friend for four years to be suspicious. Maybe she want something new! A new experience that she wanted to try! but still...   "Kaime being so anxious is ordinary. Its nothing abnormal to it."   "Are you sure? Kaime seems worrying about his friend."   "Well its up to you."   Two weeks later since Harvclot "became" a student in the school, I really doubt if he is up to something. So far nothing out of ordinary is happening nor Harvclot is not making a move. It really still bugs me that a person that is living in another country and even have the wealth to study in the world's most prestigious university yet he chooses here in academy far off his home country, maybe its too soon to let me know the truth behind it.   it's been two weeks...   One day when I was walking to go to the school which is just ten minute walk so its not much a problem to me and there is convenience store between the school and my home. So can i make a pun saying "it's really indeed a CONVENIENCE store." Yeah i know you wouldn't even laugh at that but why would put a convenience store like in a forest or middle of nowhere! It's not that convenient at all! Other than the fact it is just use by travelers, Roadriders, and just for transportation is that convenient at all!? They should put convenience store every mile to have no worries getting on a jingle or running out of supply. Yeah pretty far-fetched to be honest but anyways.   I was walking going to the school it's around Seven AM i think. The assembly always starts exactly at Eight AM, but because of the travel distance its not much a problem to me. But a really really extraordinary stuff happened. While probably around Thirty meters far from the convenience store seemingly there is two black Vans in front of the store. I clear my eyes if what i am seeing is really true, and look at it again the store is being robbed. There is one armed men probably a lookout and two men outside in the store entrance. I don't know how many of them inside but i am also not sure if all of them are armed with a pistol.   Well its the only convenience store that is being convenient for me and other residents near to the store so I would not want that store go to a close because of a bunch of bastards rob it!   There is no other choice to do. If i call the police they will definitely arrived when the store cash emptied out.   "Being a hero is for one day doesn't make you a hero everyday isn't?"   "Well it's also not your normal day when you see a crime in front of you."   As i prepared my assault.   I pulled it out of its scabbard.   The "Item" who swears to me and my bloodline.   The Item whose the holder swears the very oath.   A Item whose holds no grudges of its former handlers, and a Item that will uncover the secrets of this world.   "Sekai No Ashi" has been unsheathed.   My Contract is now releasing its forces. The power is so unstable yet controllable.   To moved more faster i shifts my gravity towards the store almost like falling down.   This is the first time i am doing this.   Instead of using the earth's natural speed or pressure of its gravity i make it a half faster.   The Man that is the look out immediately notices Shishime.   "A Intruder is incoming!" The lookout shouted.   The two near the door immediately goes to the van closest to the store entrance.   The speed and pressure is so fast even it is a half speed faster.   The man whose is the lookout pointed his gun directly at me.   I am now less than a half the distance to the store around twelve to eleven meters away.   The man did not hesitate. The more time passes the finger gets more pressure in its trigger until.   Multiple bullets fly the two man are actually just hid behind the back of the van and shoots too.   I have no choice to do it.   As the bullets gets closer i shift its gravity into the opposite way the bullets are surely slowly going to my direction.   The bullets are very near to my face. I don't want to close my eyes but when i blink the bullets are now heading where i am "falling."   Its a miracle when the bullets turned to the opposite way to the right time even with just assumed calculations. I increase the gravity falling speed of the bullet to out-speed me because of its slowdown when its curved. The bullets is so fast but the man immediately notice the changes in a very short time and he shouted   "YOU TWO GO AWAY NEAR THE-"   Although he didn't complete his words the two man immediately jumps away to the van.   A piercing sounds heard.   Shishime slows down her speed and shifts back to the earth natural gravity. The smell of gas, The sounds of the leaking gas, and the sounds of fleeing men.   "THE VAN WILL GOING TO EXPLO-"   A explosion was heard. The two man barely escape luckily for them unharmed. Juryo is now close to the armed man, the man can make a point blank shoot but suddenly.   "Increased" Shishime whispered   The man immediately fell down, cannot move his body like something is really heavy atop of him.   "He is Immobolize!"   "Shoot the girl!"   That's the words coming to the two man.   Bullets starts flying again. But Shishime whispered.   "Slow, shift, full speed."   The bullets turn into its back hitting the ground where the two man standing. The bullets is so fast and powerful it made a small chunk to the ground.   As the two man trembles, Shishime once again whispered. "Increased."   The two man stumbles and cannot moved same as the one man happened before.   Soon enough a different voice was heard and that is coming to the store itself   "DIE MAGE!!!" One of the four men shouted and all of them starts shooting Shishime.   "So there is four more of you guys." In a serious tone.   "Slow Decrease, Stabilized."   The bullets slowdown and stops mid air nevertheless they continue the assault on her.   "Still using the same trick huh? or rather you guys don't have tricks at all." Shishime arrogantly spoken.   I will end this immediately or more casualties those guys can give.   "Shift."   The four guys fall down straight into the counter almost like the direction of the gravity changes. The workers at that place shocked what Shishime did nevertheless the four men cannot get up because Shishime increases the weight of the gravity in them. Shishime finally have a step inside the store. Because of the four man "falling" along their way. Many grocery cabinets have fall down, As Shishime continue to check a last man took advantage to sneak up from her.   "TAKE THIS!!!" A ferocious voice coming at the back of Shishime.   The man holding a large knife enough to directly pierce to the guts. Luckily Shishime is on guard and purposely baited the man.   "Cheap tricks yet again?" Shishime said.   Once again Shishime increase the gravity to the point the man cannot stand and also make a small crack on the floor where the man has fallen.   "oof!!! You Bi-"   "Sound of falling Grocery Shelves."   So he didn't finish his words huh? So cliché on this kind of censorship.   A sound of rushing yet panicked footsteps incoming to Shishime and immediately holds her hand.   "Thank you miss so much!" A crying and a thankful voice.   Shishime then immediately look at it saw the female staff of the store. The woman is so happy Shishime came.   "Thank you so much! if you didn't came we would already be-"   "Woah! Hold down there miss there is more important things to be discuss than me."   "What is it?"   "Well."   Wait why i would take advantage in this kind of accident! I am such a bad person if i do so!   "See... ahhhh... Have you already called the police?"   "Yes miss!"   So i have no other choice but my appearance and face will never be removed on these guys faces.   "Hey! Wait here until the police arrive i am also very busy... Okey?"   "Are you leaving miss? We can give anything you want as a thanks?"   Probably if i accept this. Its just a one time offer, Probably a more of a "daily stuff."   "Hey! I just want a simple one free snack per day probably just one potato chip bag or just one can of soft drinks."   "Uhmm..." The Staff replied.   Did i make the right decision? no i should say this to be a good offer and a win-win situation.   "Don't worry i am not usually go here to get some stuffs everyday usually every other day or even once a month i buy in this store."   Is it a fair deal?   The Female staff or i presume the manager looks at the other staffs in the front of the counter and nod their heads and one staff whispers "Its a fair deal." The manager turn her direction again on me   "Oh! I forgot miss, my name is Hanabi Chūya the store manager of this store(Obviously)."   "We accept what you requested in terms of your condition and have fair deal with us."   Great! Not that i am trying to exploit them but it's a fair for me. I am not usually hanging and buying around in this store so much so a few days in a month is already enough.   "Great! I am happy you accepted it."   "No-No We should be the one thanking you for saving the store. Giving your compensation is atleast the best we can do."   "Don't worry i am not that kind of a greedy person to ask mo-"   As i look on my watch there is only three minutes left for getting on that damn early assembly! As i also look on my watch a siren came to be heard and it's getting closer.   I ask her to wait and i look outside, two flashing lights welcomed my eyes. Ahh yes its the Police why would it be di— Wait with a firetruck? How the hell the— ahh the smoke is very visible in the sky i should be hurrying now to school.   "Miss are you leaving now?"   "Yes i am in a hurry."   "You need to tell your name miss before you leave for yo—"   "My name?" While Shishime talking in front of her.   Shishime waves her hair in the air to the back to clear her front view and looks at Hanabi at half face and said.   "My name is Juryo Shishime."   I shift my gravity towards the direction of the school. While "falling" i heard a voice saying "Thank you," when i look "up" i saw the manager and the staffs showing gratitude by giving a bow while as the Police car and firetruck gets closer.   In that day. That time is my first time saving people that I don't know, I wonder how many people i will save far at home. I wonder.   I got into the school exactly one minute before the assembly starts. What a morning surprise.
