A man chooses to end his life, but death never comes. An unnatural being appears before him and rather than death, he is sentenced to live as undying, burdened with a restriction that only by proving himself worthy will he be allowed to die. Bound to this cruel situation, he must confront his suffering, his past, and the trials ahead, all while searching for what it truly means to deserve the end he once so desperately wanted.
