Webkom Tribe General Guidelines

The goal of the Webkom tribe is to bring together loyal members with similar interests. It is also for the mentorship of members who are just starting out.
Tribe Moderator
Tribe Moderator will have to oversee and check the implemented rules based on the guidelines and will provide support and actions accordingly.
General Purpose
General tribe guidelines aim to keep our sub-groups purposeful, friendly, and driven. These guidelines, in accordance with our community rules, apply to everyone in Webkom.
General Rules
Tribes can have their own rules and laws as long as it follows community rules and are aligned to the Tribe purpose.
đźš« Strictly ONE tribe for ONE memberÂ
We encourage inter-tribe collaboration through "guesting" on other tribes but must have consent from tribe leaders or officers of the aforementioned tribes.
⚠️ No Hate Speech, Harassment or Bullying Allowed.
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying or Harassment (let alone SEXUAL) of any kind isn't allowed. Degrading comments or HATE SPEECH about things like politics, race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, or identity will not be tolerated.
⚠️’Spamming’ or Excessive Self-Promotion
Excessive sending of links of own works in Tribe gc that does not benefit the Tribe is not allowed. This is to keep the gc focused on only conversations that benefit the members. Promotion in general chat and fb group is allowed.
Tribe Operation Requirements
Tribe RulesÂ
Each tribe must have its own mission, vision, goal, rules, recruitment, and guesting requirement system to have a clear purpose in our community and contribute accordingly. The tribe leaders have the autonomy to implement tribal rules.
Tribe Members
Tribes must have at least 20 members for drawing-related Tribes and 5 minimum members for non-drawing Tribes. Tribe Members shall be WebKom members and follow community rules
Tribe Activities
The tribe shall have at least one or two activities every year and is encouraged to join Webkom projects and future activities.
Scope of Activities
Activities shall help or contribute directly to other creator’s main work and not distract them. This is to ensure that creators can participate without putting off their main work (comic, novel, illustration, etc).
Active - The tribe is able to host at least one activity every quarter and actively participate in our community's small events and discussions.
Inactive - The tribe wasn’t able to execute one activity for the last quarter; tribe representatives are not reachable and are not active with community small events.
Tribe Hibernation or Revamp
Tribes who do not meet the minimum requirements stated above shall be given a chance to meet the requirements in one (1) month. Failing to do so will result in Tribe hibernation or revamp depending on Admin vote.
Tribe checking and update
If the tribe wasn’t able to execute one (1) activity for the last quarter. Admins and moderators will check tribe status to find the reason for the inactivity.
